Fill-TDAC is the assistance portal operated by AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based private limited company dedicated to making the Thailand Digital Arrival Card effortless for travelers around the world.
Our Mission
Since 1 May 2025, the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) has been mandatory for every non-Thai traveler entering Thailand — by air, land, or sea. The official form is functional, but for travelers preparing a trip across time zones, in a second language, or in a hurry before a same-day flight, even a small data-entry mistake can mean denied boarding or refused entry.
Our mission is simple: remove the friction, the uncertainty, and the risk of a misfiled TDAC so that travelers can focus on the trip itself. We do this with a guided form, real-time field validation, expert human review of every Application, and 24/7 best-effort support.

We chose Singapore for its robust corporate governance, its strong data-protection regime under the PDPA, and its position as a gateway between Southeast Asia and the rest of the world — a natural home for a service built around Thailand-bound travel.
Regulatory Positioning
Fill-TDAC operates as an independent, private travel-assistance service. We are registered with our payment processor under Merchant Category Code 4722 (Travel Agencies and Tour Operators), which is the appropriate classification for third-party travel-document assistance.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Thailand or any official government agency. The official TDAC remains available free of charge at tdac.immigration.go.th. What you pay us is a Service Fee for our private assistance, review, and submission convenience — never a government charge. This is set out in detail in our Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
What We Do
