Cookies Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026 · Effective: May 12, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. uses cookies and similar technologies on fill-tdac.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.
What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. We also refer here to similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel beacons.
Cookies We Use
We try to keep our cookie footprint minimal. The cookies we set fall into the categories below.
1. Strictly Necessary (no consent required)
These are required to operate the Service securely. They are set automatically and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Session cookie— keeps you signed in to your draft Application during a single browser session.
- CSRF token— protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery.
- Load-balancer cookie— set by our hosting provider (Vercel) to route traffic consistently.
2. Functional (set on use)
- Language preference— remembers whether you have chosen English or French.
- Display preferences— stores minor UI choices such as the FAQ accordion state.
3. Analytics (privacy-respecting)
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the Service and to improve it. Where used, these tools do not track you across other websites and do not build advertising profiles on you.
- Plausible Analytics— cookieless, aggregated traffic measurement. No personal identifier is collected.
- PostHog(where enabled) — product analytics, IP-anonymised, session recordings disabled by default; only used to debug the application flow.
4. Advertising
None. We do not set advertising or cross-context behavioural-advertising cookies, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
How to Control Cookies
- Cookie banner.Where consent is required (e.g., for EEA/UK visitors), our banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. (Banner deployment is in progress; until then we only set strictly necessary cookies in those regions.)
- Browser settings. All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. Help links: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the Service (you may be unable to submit an Application).
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt-out where applicable law gives them effect. We do not act on the older Do Not Track header, which has no consistent legal meaning.
Changes
We will update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
